Running Shoes?

Hey jw when it comes to how your running shoe should fit should it be slightly tight or more on the comfortable loose side, or is it just each persons preference? A little input would be nice, thanks.

Running Shoes?
I have been running for 8 years now. Though I am biased towards Nike as a brand, I would recommend you to go to a running-specific store, like Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC. They can help you find the right shoe because people buy shoes that aren%26#039;t necessarily right for their feet, but more comfortable or fashionable. But after you get the correct shoes or even if you haven%26#039;t, I would go to any major athletics store and ask the sales associates because they are getting paid to know the products they are selling. Good luck!!!

Reply:PERSONAL PREFERENCE. I WOULD NOT GET THEM TO LOOSE BECAUSE YOU MAY GET BLISTERS. USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT.
Reply:Yeah it%26#039;s all really about personal preference. Though if they are too loose they could come off like my shoe did one time at the end of a race lol. When you do get new shoes make sure you walk around in them for a bit before running in them, it will help break them in.
Reply:it is always adviceable to wear shoes slightly loose for free movement of feet but laces must be tight.
Reply:not to tight were your circulation is poor, but not loose where your foot insides the shoe. this would create friction and friction equals blister which equals pain and i mena the bad kind of pain
