I was wondering if Nike airmax 360%26#039;s could slow your running speed down in short distances. I do track and do the 100 meter dash, would 360%26#039;s improve my speed or slow me down? Are they just made for long distance?

Umm i need new running shoes too but for longer distances like 1500m or 800m which ok isnt that far but still. Let me know if there are any good shoes. Its your first comment too so it will make you feel happy. Good luck =]
